Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ML Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our team in Alpharetta,
GA. This is a 12+ month contract position requiring onsite presence three days a week. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for innovation and a collaborative team-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data to build data pipelines.
ML Lifecycle Management:
Data Preprocessing
Data Imputation
Feature Engineering Techniques
Data Synthesis
Data Augmentation
Exploratory Data Analysis:
Data Visualization
Model Design & Training:
Model design and development using TensorFlow/PyTorch
Training, Validation, Fine-tuning, Hyperparameter tuning, Transfer learning
Experience with existing CNN, LSTM models
Model Deployment & Inferencing:
MLOps
MLflow
Databricks

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer or similar role for a minimum
of 6+ years.
Expert level experience in Data Science & ML SDLC, developing and deploying Python models and
applications.

Experience monitoring model performance, and retraining/redeploying ML models.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like LangChain and PyTorch) and libraries (like
LLMs, scikit-learn).
Familiarity with data pipelines, monitoring, and model performance tuning.
Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Groovy, and software engineering principles.
Experience in building optical character recognition (OCR) in Python.
Hands-on experience with Python libraries for interacting with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge and experience with LangChain, an open-source framework for creating applications
using LLMs.
Passionate about building an innovative and team-centric culture.
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
