Senior HighView Subject Matter Expert (SME)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HighView Subject Matter Expert (SME) in College Park, MD.

Duties Include:
* Serve as the lead HighView expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance on the software's capabilities, configurations, and best practices
* Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate HighView solutions
* Develop and implement HighView customizations, integrations, and enhancements to meet specific project needs
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex HighView issues, providing technical support and recommendations for resolution
* Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for project teams and end-users on HighView functionality and processes
* Participate in the design, testing, and implementation phases of HighView projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
* Contribute to the development of technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures related to HighView
* Stay up to date with the latest HighView releases, updates, and industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HighView software, including configuration, customization, and integration
* Proven expertise in HighView data modeling, report development, and workflow automation
* Experience working in a government or highly regulated industry environment is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
