  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP AP/Procurement Consultant to provide production support, primarily focusing on procurement, accounts payable, and light materials management (MM). The consultant will also work closely with a junior team member, providing knowledge transfer and assisting in problem-solving for a backlog of production issues.

The role includes contributing to small configuration tasks and working on production support, with additional opportunities to consult on future projects like the Global Trade Services (GTS) upgrade. While GTS and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) experience are nice-to-haves, they are not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support: Provide critical production support for SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and light Materials Management (MM).
  • Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship: Mentor and guide a junior team member on troubleshooting and problem resolution within SAP.
  • Small Configuration Tasks: Address configuration tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operation in the SAP environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and provide feedback.
  • Consulting on GTS Upgrade: Provide input on a GTS upgrade planned for next year, though direct involvement in the project will be limited.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • SAP Expertise: Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and light experience in Materials Management (MM).
  • Configuration & Testing: Strong hands-on experience with SAP configuration and testing in a production support environment.
  • Mentorship Skills: Ability to train and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and guiding through SAP-related issues.
  • Optional Plus: Experience with SAP GTS and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) would be a plus but is not required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in SAP VIM and GTS is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve production issues efficiently.
