JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Network Security Engineer with a specialization in Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in network security to maximize the potential of our products for customers and partners, develop integrated security solutions alongside our Product and Engineering teams, and serve as a customer advocate influencing our product roadmap. This role entails ensuring customers achieve their security objectives through effective implementation and operationalization of our solutions and collaborating with account teams to deliver comprehensive technical account deployments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide technical expertise and support on NGFW technologies to optimize product utilization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement network security and endpoint solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, influencing product development and leveraging new features for innovative use cases.
  • Enable customers to rapidly achieve their security objectives by guiding the implementation and operationalization of solutions.
  • Partner with account teams to execute high-visibility technical plans and product success strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • In-depth knowledge of network security engineering and operations.
  • Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks NGFW and enterprise network products.
  • Recognized network security certification (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, CCNA).
Industry Experience:Experience in network security within technology or related industries is highly desirable, with a proven track record of interacting with varied client teams and managing technical account needs effectively.
