Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Scrum/Agile methodologies to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with supply chain stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners to streamline operations, improve processes, and drive efficiency through the adoption of Agile principles within the supply chain domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with supply chain objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Provide expertise in SCM processes, including demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement, order fulfillment, and logistics management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess current supply chain workflows, propose improvements, and implement SCM system enhancements.
  • Act as a Scrum Master or Scrum team member, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Advocate for Agile best practices in supply chain projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value features within time and budget constraints
  • Analyze and interpret supply chain data to provide insights into operational performance, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
  • Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL to generate dashboards, KPIs, and reports that track key supply chain metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, and vendor performance.
  • Lead or support Agile supply chain projects, ensuring that user stories and tasks are appropriately scoped and completed within the sprint cycle.
  • Continuously review and optimize supply chain processes, recommending and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Promote the use of Agile methodologies in the supply chain domain to foster a culture of collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies and acting as a Scrum Master or part of an Agile development team.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, logistics, order fulfillment).
  • Experience with SCM systems like SAP, Oracle SCM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
