- Lead the planning and execution of data management projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Oversee the development and implementation of data solutions using Azure Data Lake Store, Databricks, and Apache Spark. -
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data management processes. - Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions into the existing infrastructure. - Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team to achieve high-quality outcomes. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Azure Data Lake Store, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities to guide project teams effectively. - Show proficiency in data governance and security best practices.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Display the ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively. -
Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
