Required Skills: Project Manager strong with Oracle ERP/Financials, someone who has led Oracle Cloud implementation projects and has excellent communication and presentation skills.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with our client's IT organization to drive their transformation roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance and Operations teams. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated experience in driving discussions with Senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Strong Project leadership skills, stakeholder management
  • Own and drive Transformation roadmap while interacting with
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channels
  • Coordinate with resource managers to ensure availability and allocation of resources as needed.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Assess the impact of changes on project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverable artifacts.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing client concerns or issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management framework.
  • Implement best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Advanced degrees such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant certifications in project management are beneficial.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, working with customers running Oracle Cloud applications.
Project Management Skills:
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
Leadership Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Oracle Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Oracle technologies, solutions, and products.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing client expectations and addressing client needs.
  • Problem-solving and Analytical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and challenges relevant to Oracle technologies and solutions.
  • Experience in industries such as Hitech , finance, or healthcare is beneficial.
