Operational Change Manager, OCM

Role Description: Partnering with cross-functional team members to assess change impacts and readiness levels; developing plans to address these impacts Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional partners of all levels; engaging with and supporting sponsors of the change, including executives and senior leadership Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications; driving program-level and leadership communications for the change Creating enablement plans; providing input for and support training efforts of cross-functional team members; delivering training resources and materials Identifying and managing anticipated resistance, supporting change ambassadors/agents for initiatives as appropriate Establishing and measuring important metrics change adoption and program success
