  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Entry level role. Great opportunity to enter the data center lab support

On Site M-F 9AM-5PM (no traveling) - schedule can be flexible 8 hours/day

Must Have:
-Dependable, great communication.
- Fluent in English
- Computer equipment knowledge
- Must be able to lift 40- 70lbs
- Self starter, eager to learn, strong work ethic
- Familiar w/ticketing tools and work in team environment
- Good communication skills and email e, interacting with leaders
- Good troubleshooting skills

Good to have:
-Hypervisor experience
- Switches knowledge
- Server knowledge
- Experience with storage
- Preference given to local candidates, easy travel onsite. Some consideration if slightly outside area.
- Sever Farm & Hypervisor management (KVM, VMware, Linux)
- Any experience with technical support
- Networking experience
- Lab/data center experience

Support and Engineering Global Lab team provides access to global lab resources and cloud services around the world.
We provide network infrastructure and lab services for technical support and engineering.

Education:
High School Diploma

Requirements:
Knowledgeable of server hardware and software
Knowledgeable of routers and switches
Knowledgeable of Access Points and controllers
Knowledgeable of traffic generators and testing equipment
Knowledgeable of terminal servers and PDU equipment
1-2 years experience working in a data center environment
Excellent time management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong interest in learning.
Dependable.
Process-oriented.
Must be able to lift up 70 lbs.

Responsibilities:
Manage ticketing queue with teammates
Lab Infrastructure support for multiple labs
Basic configurations for Switch, Access Points, and controllers
Resource coordination
Inventory control
Customer support
Sever Farm & Hypervisor management (KVM, VMware)
Troubleshooting various software and hardware environments
Rack and install data center equipment
Open communication with various team leaders
