Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex applications and solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Architect and develop applications using .NET, Java, React, and AWS technologies.
- Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, using best practices for testing and deployment within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application features and requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in code and development processes, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
- Take ownership of projects and lead from concept to deployment with minimal oversight.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of vision and project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in application development and design with expertise in .NET, Java, React, AWS, and API development.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Strong communication skills, capable of leading discussions with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
