  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex applications and solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Architect and develop applications using .NET, Java, React, and AWS technologies.
  • Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, using best practices for testing and deployment within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application features and requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in code and development processes, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
  • Take ownership of projects and lead from concept to deployment with minimal oversight.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of vision and project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in application development and design with expertise in .NET, Java, React, AWS, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of leading discussions with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
