Kforce has a client in search of a talented Release Train Engineer (RTE) in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
Are you passionate about leading Agile transformations and delivering value in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to take charge of our Agile Release Train (ART) and drive continuous improvement using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles. If you have a knack for project management and love collaborating with cross functional teams, this might be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate ART Processes: Release Train Engineer will lead the Agile Release Train, ensuring all Agile teams operate in sync and deliver high-quality results within established timelines
* Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe practices, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Program Increment (PI) Planning: Plan, execute, and follow up on PI events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient resource allocation
* Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks and dependencies that could impede progress, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
* Project Management: As a Release Train Engineer, you will collaborate with program and portfolio management to ensure all deliverables align with organizational goals and deadlines
* Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to measure progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in team velocity and quality

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with traditional project management techniques; PMP or similar certification is an advantage
* Deep knowledge of SAFe principles and frameworks; SAFe RTE certification is a plus
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
* Proven ability to lead and inspire Agile teams to deliver value incrementally
* Excellent ability to manage risks, dependencies, and issues in a proactive manner
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across all levels of the organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
