Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RTR (Record to Report) Business Systems Analyst/Architect with a strong focus on procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP configuration, particularly within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, and possess a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules such as Material Management (MM) and their integration with Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (EWM). This role requires both independent initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Process Expertise:

  • Configure and maintain SAP PTP processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
  • Apply strong configuration skills to optimize direct procurement activities.
  • Bonus: Experience in the Feed industry or related business knowledge.

SAP Module Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of SAP Material Management (MM) and its integration with other modules like Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Setup, configure, and maintain Plants and Business Partners (Vendors & Carriers) within SAP.

Independent and Collaborative Work:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.
  • Take initiative and adapt to team needs, taking guidance when necessary.

Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively interact with key stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), either SAP or Oracle, is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SAP PTP configuration and management.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP MM and related modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Architect within a SAP environment is preferred.
