Work Activities:

  • Design and integrate cybersecurity measures for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements.
  • Implement secure configuration management processes.
  • Ensure that system and architecture designs align with cybersecurity guidelines.
  • Conduct security reviews, identify architectural gaps, and develop security risk management plans.
  • Develop and maintain the organization s security roadmap.
  • Design, implement, and assess security architectures for Azure and AWS environments.
  • Perform regular security assessments and maintain cloud security policies and procedures.
  • Manage cloud-native security tools and services, and lead incident response efforts for critical security events.
  • Develop security monitoring and alerting systems and manage SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices, perform security code reviews, and conduct application penetration testing.
  • Manage security projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in information security roles.
  • Extensive experience with cloud security, particularly in Azure and AWS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Deep understanding of network protocols and security technologies.
  • Experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience managing security in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing complex security initiatives.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in various industries.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, AWS Security Specialty) are highly desirable.
