Project Manager Cybersecurity

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in cybersecurity and experience managing complex projects. The candidate will lead core teams in delivering successful project outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing resources, and mitigating risks. • Duration: 6 Months contract role

Responsibilities:

• Develop scope and charter statements, project plans, and lead teams for successful implementation of complex projects/programs.
• Continuously assess project progress and ensure status reports reflect current readiness, risks, and their impacts.
• Create project status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Deliver presentations tailored to all management levels, including senior leadership.
• Learn new technologies and become proficient in complex ordering, billing systems, and supporting processes.
• Manage budget and expenses, ensuring strategic alignment with business unit objectives.
• Ensure timely project completion and delivery.
• Analyze work plans, schedules, and manage resource allocation.
• Serve as project team leader, handling escalations and resolving conflicts constructively.

Required Skills:

• Background in cybersecurity, including knowledge of cyber threats and cyber incident investigations.
• Project management experience, with a strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Excellent time and deliverables management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate issues before they impact project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
• PMI/PMP Certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telecommunications technologies is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
