As a Senior IAM Operations Specialist, you will be a part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations team, which is pivotal in delivering operational services globally for the IAM applications and infrastructure of the bank. Your role will encompass supporting a variety of IAM infrastructure components, including Single Sign-On, Directory Services, Federated Identity, PKI infrastructure, Extended Authentication Services, and more. You will be instrumental in problem engagement, service restoration, root cause analysis, and permanent fix resolution in line with our established practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of IAM services, including Single Sign-On, Directory Services, Federated Identity, PKI, and Extended Authentication.
  • Engage in problem resolution during service disruptions, ensuring quick restoration and minimal impact.
  • Coordinate with various teams to determine root causes and develop permanent solutions for recurring issues.
  • Manage IAM tools like SailPoint and Splunk, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
  • Provide expert-level production support for IAM products such as Ping Access, Ping Federate, and Ping Directory.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of Linux systems, network protocols (TCP/IP), and information security.
  • Adhere to and promote ITIL framework best practices throughout the operational processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
  • Persist in resolving significant challenges without easily conceding defeat.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of production support experience with a focus on IAM, especially with Ping products.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • Proficiency in Linux and networking concepts (TCP/IP).
  • Strong understanding of information security principles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and principles.
  • CISSP or equivalent information security certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • A proven track record of driving results and a strong determination to meet objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in the face of significant difficulties.

CISSP or equivalent Information Security domain certificate is a plus
