Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our dynamic team. This full-time, exempt role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional site visits, allowing you to effectively manage clinical operations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations for partnered facilities, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor key metrics related to provider performance, quality, productivity, and adherence to facility responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with teams on quality initiatives, focusing on Five-Star measures and QAPI efforts to reduce rehospitalizations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing partner concerns with diligence and care.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with facility partners to maintain strong communication and support.
  • Participate in onboarding and continuous training of staff within new and existing facilities.
  • Utilize technology and systems, including Monday.com, Slack, Gmail, and Zoom, to manage operations effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Engage in additional duties related to clinical operations as assigned.

Required Skills

  • In-depth understanding of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) quality measures, regulations, and standards.
  • Proven leadership experience in employee management and team development.
  • Proficiency in managing work Relative Value Units (wRVU) and productivity metrics.
  • Strong technical skills with a solid grasp of various software applications.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities, including root cause analysis.
  • Self-motivated and independent with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), such as Director of Nursing, Administrator, or Department Director.
  • Possession of a clinical education credential is required.
