The Wasserstrom Company is the leading Food Service Distributor in the nation. Established in 1902, we are a family owned company with our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. At this time, we have an opening for a Customer Service Representative (full time and part time) in our National Smallwares Division inbound Call Center. Must have flexibility to work 8 hours/day during available hours of operation for this area, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM (schedule may vary). NO WEEKENDS!
We are looking for qualified candidates with exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, seeking a professional, career-oriented position. This position is often used as a stepping stone for other sales and operational positions within The Wasserstrom Company through internal promotions to other areas of the company, so this can be an excellent option to a future career in Sales or Operations.

- The Wasserstrom Company is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that incorporates both teleworking and in-office hours. Employees may be required to report to the office when requested by leadership &/or for their initial job training.

Requirements/Preferences
- Bachelor’s Degree or one to two years related stable work experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and stable work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or the foodservice equipment and supplies field is preferred.
