Henderson Harbor Group is a premier executive search and consulting firm with deep experience in finance, accounting and tax. The search division recruits highly skilled professionals on a direct hire basis. We service our clients primarily in the New York/New Jersey area as well as nationally through our AAFA network.
We are looking for aggressive candidates that either want to make a change from a career in finance, accounting or tax into professional sales or candidates that already have recruiting experience and want to join a growing firm that not only provides support to the sales team but also the freedom to develop business without territory restrictions and excessive policies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Work closely with fellow team members.
- Prepare recruitment materials.
- Maintain long term relationships with candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree – Accounting, Finance or Business Management/Administration
- 2+ year business experience required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where client requirements can change frequently
- Strong organization and planning skills including follow-through and time management
- Sales Capability, able to sell the candidate on a job opportunity and sell the client on the candidate
- Problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office
