Agency Recruiter- $100k-$120k

Henderson Harbor Group is a premier executive search and consulting firm with deep experience in finance, accounting and tax. The search division recruits highly skilled professionals on a direct hire basis. We service our clients primarily in the New York/New Jersey area as well as nationally through our AAFA network.

We are looking for aggressive candidates that either want to make a change from a career in finance, accounting or tax into professional sales or candidates that already have recruiting experience and want to join a growing firm that not only provides support to the sales team but also the freedom to develop business without territory restrictions and excessive policies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Work closely with fellow team members.
• Prepare recruitment materials.
• Maintain long term relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree – Accounting, Finance or Business Management/Administration
• 2+ year business experience required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment where client requirements can change frequently
• Strong organization and planning skills including follow-through and time management
• Sales Capability, able to sell the candidate on a job opportunity and sell the client on the candidate
• Problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office
