Food & Beverage Production Manager

Company: Established in 2016, Trusted Harvest is a leading provider of fresh cut & packaging services to customers located throughout Greater New York. In addition to our growing list of services, our partnership with Hudson Harvest enables us to source high-quality local food and distribute it to +200 customers across +300 locations. Trusted Harvest has 12 employees at our Athens, New York facility.

About Hudson Harvest: Hudson Harvest is a wholesale, regional food distributor that sells local and seasonal food to restaurants, retailers, and institutions. We source and sell high-quality and source-transparent food from local farmers and producers we know and trust. We distribute to customers throughout New York (including New York City), Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.

Background: We are looking to hire an experienced Manager to lead our Trusted Harvest business segment. This role is 100% in person and will report directly to the President.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor force and daily production schedule
• Work with fleet manager to arrangetransportation of raw products and finished goods between our cut facilityand our distribution and wholesale warehouse
• Work with Company management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage profit and loss statement for Company Segment
• Assist the President in purchasing new equipment to increase service capabilities
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• 3+ years food & beverage experience preferred
• Experience with ERPs (new position will be provided training on Food Connex)
  
  

Location: Athens, New York

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Salary: $80,000 plus performance bonus
