We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support our global private investments and trading compliance program, with a primary focus on information controls. In this role, the Compliance Analyst will work closely with internal teams to address escalated issues, aid in the implementation of IT solutions for compliance, and ensure the smooth execution of information control processes. This hybrid position offers a flexible schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote each week, based in Boston. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus, and profit-sharing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen information controls for handling private and public company data
  • Manage restricted lists and lead information barrier-crossing processes
  • Create and update compliance documentation and internal reference materials
  • Contribute to regulatory training and policy oversight
  • Assist with regulatory inquiries and exam coordination

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of legal or compliance experience
  • To be considered, candidates applying must have exposure to Private Equity
  • Experience following MNPI procedures is a must
  • Experience in investment management with knowledge of information controls and trading regulations
  • Strong tech and data skills (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Knowledge of U.S. Investment Advisers Act is a plus
