We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations to ensure the smooth running of our organization. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while also handling administrative tasks that are critical to our success. Job : Full time Pay Range: $16.50 - $27.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff. Assist with data entry, filing, and document management. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and activities. Provide general administrative support to staff as required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
