  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Our client, a prominent hedge fund, is looking to hire a Regulatory Counsel to help support the firm's marketing review/marketing compliance program. This role will support the product team on key initiatives particularly with collateral materials. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable being a partner with the business and clients

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly review, provide feedback, and approve materials.
  • Collaborate with and advise teams to ensure materials are suitable for their intended audience and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with the firm's business operations, investment offerings, and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring consistent application during material reviews.
  • Liaise with external compliance teams responsible for material review.

Requirements:

  • JD Required
  • Prior experience practicing at a law firm preferred
  • Prior experience with an investment manager, hedge fund or private equity firm
