This individual will be able to work independently and a team while also being a thoughtful planner and effective decision maker. The Assistant Project Manager position is project and product support focused to take on key project tasks for the sales department and offer field support guidance on product troubleshooting and planning.

This individual will be able to work independently and a team while also being a thoughtful planner and effective decision maker. The Assistant Project Manager position is project and product support focused to take on key project tasks for the sales department and offer field support guidance on product troubleshooting and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and implement project and product support
- Field visits to customer locations and project sites
- Develop and coordinate flow of project documentation during all stages
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to keep projects on track
- Deliver a project to the customer that remains on budget and within timeline expectation
- Initiate, coordinate, procure, and assemble technical submittal documents
- Review OEM documents to understand repair plans and parts/component complexities
- Learn and understand concepts of building electrical distribution systems and how to apply power
- generation equipment
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop, improve, and combine drawings and/or interconnects/block diagrams
- Prepare activity reports to assist in capturing of data analytics and market trends
- Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management Engineering degree or Technical Degree focused experience or education.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Salesforce
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- This position requires occasional driving
