RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a .NET Developer with Salesforce in Murray, UT.

Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and SQL to join our development team. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating across teams to meet business needs. We are hiring for Senior or Consultant level positions, depending on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, debug, and document new software while enhancing existing systems to meet user needs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals and foster a cooperative work environment
* Participate in testing and certification of software through analysis and review
* Assist in the creation of system architecture documents and detailed design specifications
* Help in scheduling, estimating costs, and managing resources to meet project deadlines
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices, contributing to the organization's technical standards
* Work with analysts and consultants to design and develop new software applications
* Partner with external vendors to integrate third-party software and resolve issues

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications for Technical Lead Level:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or eight years of professional experience in software engineering
* Experience leading enterprise-level systems as a technical lead
* Experience working with standard data formats, such as XML and JSON; Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards like HL7, FHIR, or HIPAA ASC X12

Qualifications for Senior Level:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related technical field, or four years of equivalent experience
* Five years of professional software development experience

Additional Skills and Experience We Value:
* At least two years of experience in healthcare-related software development
* C# programming experience
* Experience with GitHub Actions for automation and CI/CD
* Mentorship experience with junior software engineers
* Familiarity with Entity Framework and Razor
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and laws
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Proven ability to work in cross-functional team environments
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
* Proficiency with both MSSQL and Oracle (PL/SQL) preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
