We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across B2B sales channels, such as direct mail, trade submissions, public relations, email, social media and SEM advertising. They will work alongside the ecommerce and creative services teams to devise persuasive campaigns that deliver the brand and product stories to our retailers and consumers. The Digital Marketing Manager is a highly motivated, analytical individual with experience and a passion for reaching current and future customers to grow brand awareness and loyalty in a profitable manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, with a focus on both digital and print media channels for B2B and B2C.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email/SMS marketing, social media, print advertisements, and direct mail.
  • Manage the company's marketing presence, including email, SEM strategies, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, postcards, catalogs and coordinating digital creative.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI and customer retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital and print media marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional development and success.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to drive growth
  • Create marketing briefs that guide creative development
  • Execute against market research targeting specific consumer, advertising, and competitive trends
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Implement testing and leverage data to find opportunities, make timely optimizations and recommendations for future programs
  • Measure and report on performance and assess against goals (ROAS, CAC, CLTV and channel KPI s)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and print media.
  • Experience with wholesale marketing (B2B) and consumer marketing (B2C) strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including A/B testing across SEO, PPC, email/SMS marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, ESP systems (Bloomreach), Meta, TikTok, Hootsuite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
