Job Description:

Job Title: Business Analyst - Gen AI Location: Washington, DC Duration: Long Term

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Generative AI (Gen AI) to support our transition into the AI-driven space. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile environments, writing user stories, and collaborating with data analytics and risk management teams. You will play a critical role in shaping AI initiatives and translating business needs into actionable Gen AI solutions.

Mission: As part of a reorganization, the bank is shifting towards AI Generative technologies and adopting an Agile approach under new management and a new Center of Innovation (COI). The goal is to innovate within risk management and data analytics using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Analytics, Risk Management, etc.) to gather and define business requirements.
• Write detailed user stories leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to optimize workflow.
• Work closely with stakeholders to integrate AI-driven insights into business processes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and alignment on AI project goals.
• Translate complex AI models and concepts into business-friendly language.
• Take initiative in driving the organization's transition into the AI space by providing Gen AI-powered business solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Agile methodologies and business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot).
• Proven ability to write clear and effective user stories using Gen AI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with smart, cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of data analytics and risk management frameworks.
