- Degrees or certifications required - Masters level EE (Electrical Engineering) is a NICE TO HAVE
- Disqualifiers - N/A; Having a RF Engineering or Wireless focus (is A must have)
- Best vs. Average -
- Qualcomm and BLE chipsets, with prior experience with QSPR and / or IQFact test packages. This would be for Wifi / BT / GPS testing. No immediate need for cellular. BT5
- Lite Point or Rhoade and Schwartz Hardware Experience
- Performance Indicators -
- Fast-Paced environment with multiple test systems/releases.
- Releasing code every 6 weeks
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. 5+ Years of Experience Wifi/BT/Signal measurements (what's actually measured with the equipment)
2. 5+ Years of Experience L1-L5, Electrical signal loss, S Parameters.
3. Basic Experience (3-4 Years of Experience) Python or PowerShell Scripting language experience (someone who can go through the set-up and make it something we can deploy).

responsibilities:
- Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
- Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Create or maintain databases of known test defects
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
