Conversational Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Conversational Designer in Mountain View, CA. This role is remote, should align to PST.

Duties:
* Conversational Designer will build curated flows in conversational design, applying relevant research, design patterns, and industry best practices to create intuitive and engaging experiences
* Build, review and evaluate prompts and AI models to deliver Gen-AI powered conversational experiences
* Accountable for quality and accuracy of conversation experiences in QuickBooks
* Audit existing design flows and experiences, identify gaps or bugs and work on tickets to solve them
* Drive multiple projects with adherence to deadlines, quality and business metrics

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-3 years of conversation design experience
* Experience in building with virtual assistants, voice assistants, chatbots, or other conversational interfaces preferred
* Knowledge of conversational AI, NLP tuning, language modeling and machine learning frameworks (such as NLUs, RAG databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
* Skilled at creating low-level prototypes, flow charts etc for conversation design Working understanding of code

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
