Business Analyst (16500)

Baer is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12-month Federal remote project.

Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:

• Develop a thorough understanding of business requirements, industry best practices, and assist in designing optimal solutions that support business processes.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with major project stakeholders, guiding them to adopt the best solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are feasible, practical, and minimize implementation efforts while meeting business needs.
• Assist in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are met, contributing to the overall success of the project.
• Define and document business requirements, support the technical team in custom development, and drive test plan development and execution.
• Provide internal support for business process story/requirement gathering, and create detailed process flows and system diagrams.
• Act as an integral part of the scrum team, leading the development of detailed user stories for the full software development lifecycle, including requirements design, success criteria, and QA.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Requirements Analysis experience
• 7+ years of Business Process Design experience
• 7+ years of Interpersonal Skills experience
• 7+ years of Project Management for Agile Software Development experience
• GIS Project experience
