Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop LLMs for specific use cases, including but not limited to text generation, summarization, and conversational agents.
- Prompt engineer pre-trained LLMs on domain-specific data to optimize performance for target applications.
- Develop RAG based applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate LLM capabilities into existing systems and platforms.
- Optimize model performance in terms of accuracy, speed, and resource utilization.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI models and implement fairness, accountability, and transparency measures.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills :Data Science, LLM, BERT, RAG, GenAI.
- Strong grasp of NLP concepts such as tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and sequence modeling.
- Experience in handling domain adaptation, multi-task learning, and transfer learning.
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of promt engineering, RAG system development and fine-tuning large pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
- Extensive experience with TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, Theano libraries
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, especially transformer models.
- Experience with large-scale model training on GPUs.
- Familiarity with model compression techniques (e.g., quantization, distillation).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker)
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing
- Experience in developing and deploying APIs for model inference, using frameworks like, Flask, Django, FastAPI
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) for analyzing data and also model performance and interpreting results
- Strong experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative coding platforms (e.g. Github, GitLab).
