Primary Responsibilities:
? Solution architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that meet
business needs and Salesforce well architecture framework, ensuring security and
seamless integration with other enterprise systems like SAP, ERP, e-commerce, and
customer service platforms.
? Strategic decision making: Influence and guide strategic decisions related to Salesforce
platform capabilities, ensuring that solutions are future-proof and aligned with the
organization's long-term vision.
? Stakeholder Engagement: Lead conversations with business stakeholders, IT
leadership, cross functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project
goals, timelines and deliverables.
? Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, overseeing
all phases from requirements gathering to development and support.
? Technical Leadership: Provie hands-on expertise in developing Salesforce solutions,
including configuration, customization and integration, while mentoring team members
to elevate their technical skills.
? Architecture Documentation & governance: Oversee the creation, management and
maintenance of comprehensive architecture documentation and repository. Establish and
enforce a robust governance model to ensure consistency, accuracy and adherence to
architectural standards across all projects. Regularly review and update documentation to
reflect changes in the architecture and provide guidance to the team on best practices for
documentation and compliance with governance policies.
