We are looking for someone to join our operations team that wants to drive excellence and efficiency across each consumer transaction. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills combined with extensive transaction processing and settlement expertise with the ability to establish new processes and infrastructure across our platform.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development of transaction processing KPIs
  • Partner with Data Analytics developing data requirements and design of transaction processing dashboards
  • Assist with development of transaction processing operational reporting metrics
  • Act as point of escalation for client and retailer teams to navigate platform and network escalations
  • Assist with developing strategies for improving transaction approval rates and member experience
  • Produce high quality documentation based on implemented methodology standards
  • Assist in preparation of month-end executive reporting and dashboards
  • Identify and assist with implementation of improvements to transaction research systems and processes to increase with operational efficiencies
  • Identify and establish KPIs
  • Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in developing transaction processing reporting KPIs and transaction research
  • 2+ years of experience using data analysis tools and techniques in Fintech setting
  • 2+ years of experience developing and championing continuous improvement projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL analysis
  • Proven knowledge of Visa and Mastercard card brands
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with non-technical and technical people inside and outside the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
