Job Title: HCM Integration consultant
Location: Sacramento, CA, 100 % Remote
Job Type: 6 Years contract

Technical Skills
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and managing implementation of technical integration between computer systems that exchange and consume each other's data
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing development and production level environment management and support.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between various computer systems and HCM platforms to enable seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, and translate them into functional integration designs.
- Experience with HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM) and integrating them with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms such as Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Manage and support development and production-level environments for HCM integrations, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing timely fixes to minimize system downtime.
- Ensure data quality through rigorous data cleansing processes, identifying inconsistencies, and resolving discrepancies between systems.
Desirable Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.
- Current certification in Lean Six Sigma (Copy Needed)
