As an EPP Specialist, you will be an essential part of an Agile team dedicated to building healthcare applications and implementing new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Implementation Engineer for the EPIC Payer Platform.
- Leverage over 10 years of experience in US Healthcare Interoperability.
- Implement and manage Epic Payer Platform or Epic Bridges.
- Apply knowledge of health data exchange standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, API, and EDI, as well as clinical data terminologies like SNOMED, CPT, and LOINC.
- Design, configure, and maintain interfaces and health data exchange solutions, including the creation of templates, workflows, and rules to meet business requirements.
- Understand healthcare payer domain workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including prior authorizations, claims, and clinical data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, EPIC teams, business users, and project managers, to define and meet Epic payer platform requirements.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable.
