Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM, with a specific focus on Order Management and Order Orchestration Rule configuration.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design end-to-end order orchestration processes, ensuring seamless order-to-cash workflows.

The role involves a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM's Order Management module, with specialized expertise in defining, configuring, and optimizing Order Orchestration Rules to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Orchestration Rule Configuration:

Design, configure, and optimize Order Orchestration Rules within Oracle Cloud SCM to manage complex order fulfillment processes, ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Set up and maintain orchestration processes, fulfillment lines, and statuses in Oracle Cloud to support dynamic order flows.

Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation:

Lead Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management module implementations, ensuring integration with other SCM and Financial modules.

Collaborate with business users to understand process flows and requirements for configuring Order Management and Orchestration.

Solution Design and Process Mapping:

Analyze and map customer order management processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization using Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities.

Define Order-to-Cash workflows and ensure the successful alignment of Oracle Order Management and Orchestration processes with client business objectives.

Integration Management:

Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management and other modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Financials.

Work with technical teams to support the integration of third-party systems (WMS, EDI, and Shipping solutions) with Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management.

Testing and Validation:

Develop and execute test plans for Order Orchestration configurations, covering unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order orchestration rules and order fulfillment processes.

User Training and Documentation:

Provide training to end-users and functional teams on Order Orchestration Rule setup and usage.

Create comprehensive user documentation and standard operating procedures for order orchestration workflows.

Post-Implementation Support:

Offer ongoing post-implementation support, ensuring the system is running efficiently and addressing any orchestration rule adjustments based on evolving business needs.

Reporting and Monitoring:

Set up and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor order orchestration performance, bottlenecks, and key metrics using Oracle Cloud tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher).

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, with at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management implementations.

Proven expertise in Order Orchestration Rule Configuration within Oracle Cloud SCM, including setup and customization of order orchestration processes.

Skills:

Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly Order Management and Order Orchestration.

Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including complex fulfillment scenarios, order orchestration, and shipping.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM configurations, including Orchestration Rules, Fulfillment Lines, and Order Processes.

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) and experience with integration platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in complex order processing environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM or Order Management.
