RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is hiring a Project Manager to serve as the operational leader for the Senior Product Sponsor at the project level. They will be taking the vision for accessibility provided by the Senior Product Sponsor, they will lead the project team in identifying the most efficient and flexible plan to deliver upon the Senior Product Sponsor's expectations. This is a remote position.

Throughout the project's life, the Project Manager holds the team accountable for delivering on the plan and works to resolve any obstacles that they face. The Project Manager is on the alert for risks to project success, working with the team to resolve issues when possible or identifying solutions for the Senior Product Sponsor to choose from when problems cannot be resolved without significant modification to the plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator
* Experience with Excel
* Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills; Must be able to communicate with across other teams and business stakeholders
* Curious and confident in asking questions
* Ability to call out conflicting information or issues for a resolution
* Time Management skills
* Trust and candor
* Team player
* Smartsheet experience is nice to have
* JIRA experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
