Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect with data Modeling skills and highly experienced with CRM systems to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in Architecture, designing, developing, and maintaining data models that support our business operations. This role requires expertise in data modeling techniques and substantial experience in implementing large Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by integrating data from various sources.

Responsibilities : Architecture, Design and develop complex data models that meet the business requirements and support the organization's data architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models. Implement and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and reliability. Integrate data from various systems into the CRM system, ensuring data consistency, quality, and integrity. Participate in the full data modeling lifecycle, including requirements gathering, model design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data modeling standards. Provide guidance and support to other team members on data modeling best practices and methodologies. Perform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and to identify data issues and discrepancies. Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data models. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data modeling and CRM systems. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, with a strong understanding of data modeling techniques and methodologies. Proven experience in implementing large CRM systems and integrating data from various systems. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, data lakes). Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their data architecture. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
