We are seeking a creative and innovative Director, Facilities who will create and maintain physical environments that surprise and delight our employees. This individual will manage ongoing facility operations while driving new buildouts and renovations in alignment with AndHealth’s rapid expansion goals.

This position will report to the SVP, People.

What You'll Do In The Role

  • Employee Experience: Create unique and inspiring environments that facilitate collaboration and creativity. Ensure our brand and standards extend beyond our headquarters to all AndHealth workspaces.
  • Renovations & Expansions: Coordinate renovations, updates, and expansion projects across multiple sites, including the buildout of new offices. Run point with all vendors and internal/external stakeholders participating in the project/s.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Maintain all workspaces including company offices and dedicated space within Partner sites to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Perform, or coordinate, routine maintenance and repairs with contractors to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee and support culinary operations, including healthy and delicious daily lunch service, snacks, drinks and other treats. Ensure culinary facilities and equipment meet operational standards and that we are prepared to support fluctuating demand including special events.
  • Equipment Management: Purchase and install office furniture (couches, desks, chairs, shelves, etc) as needed, ensuring the workspace is set up effectively for employees.
  • Logistics: Coordinate deliveries to and from vendors, partners and employees and manage supply storage to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure proper security measures are in place for all workplaces, in collaboration with the appropriate internal partner teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with building owners and senior management on planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions regarding future facility needs.

Education & Licensure Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant certifications in facility management are a plus.
