Client Experience Manager: Lead the Charge in Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences

As a Client Experience Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our client management strategies, mentoring high-performing teams, and fostering long-term relationships that drive growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the Client Services team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business results
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand key client relationships, promote retention, and drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage technology solutions that enhance client satisfaction and delivery
* Provide coaching and guidance to clients, internal teams, and suppliers on client service delivery and best practices
* Define and execute operational goals, processes, and systems to drive team performance and efficiency
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal department heads, external partners, and vendors
* Analyze and communicate key metrics to drive business decisions and optimize client initiatives
Qualifications:
* Javelina Healthcare software experience
* 5+ years of leadership experience in health plans, benefit plans, and/or healthcare
* Proven track record of managing teams, processes, and functions for maximum efficiency and productivity

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health-related field, or equivalent experience
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to problem-solve, manage multiple priorities, and lead by example
* Organizational, leadership, and communication skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
Certifications/Licenses:
* CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) or life and health insurance license preferred
