ServiceNow ITOM & Cloud Discovery:

Implement and manage ServiceNow s IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, including Cloud Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Collaborate with teams to accurately track cloud infrastructure services and map business services to cloud resources.
Governance and Strategy:

Establish and drive governance for cloud resource discovery, ensuring CMDB health (data quality, accuracy, and consistency).
Develop strategies to ensure seamless integration, process improvement, and adherence to ITIL and CSDM best practices.
Custom Integrations and Leadership:

Design custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools for continuous synchronization of cloud data.
