Job Description:
Manage essential process documentation and lead the implementation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and define data requirements. Provide expert analysis and insights to support strategic plans that enhance business capabilities and drive organizational transformation.
In this customer-facing role, you will leverage exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Given the critical importance of data integration in our transformation efforts, the ideal candidate will have strong data analysis capabilities to ensure informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in property and casualty insurance.
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document user requirements, facilitating effective walkthroughs with development and testing teams.
  • Proficient in leading requirements workshops and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and accurately reflects existing systems and processes.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, with expertise in SQL queries, table joins, data dictionary management, and report design.
  • Capable of conducting comprehensive gap analyses to identify differences between current and future states.
  • Experience in creating source-to-target mappings and defining requirements for ETL processes.
  • Strong influencing and leadership abilities to drive project success.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented, with flexibility to adapt to various working styles.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI architectures.
  • Demonstrated experience as a data analyst or business analyst in an Agile environment, delivering ADF systems integration solutions.
