  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Unified Communications Architect (MS Teams)

We are seeking an experienced MS Teams Architect / Engineer to lead a migration project. The consultant will help guide and implement various MS Teams setup that's beyond basic user migration.

  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions leveraging Microsoft services and providers.
  • Assess and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services, conferencing technologies, and automation processes.
  • Lead the Workplace Modernization Project to replace all phone systems with Microsoft Teams Voice.
  • Evaluate service providers and negotiate project agreements.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft partners to implement Office 365 roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Microsoft Teams adoption company-wide and migrate Zoom rooms to Teams Rooms.
  • Manage Office 365 licenses, customer service staff, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Align collaboration governance with organizational policies and strategy.
  • Operationalize MS Teams Voice into a production ready platform (currently deployed in testing)
  • Transition HR / legal / compliance policies from existing Avaya / Cisco into MS Teams Voice
  • Testing and deployment planning throughout the implementation and beyond
  • Develop zero-touch laptop deployment using Endpoint/Intune Autopilot for direct shipping to users.
  • Template / checklist development to bring on sites and countries in the future

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with Physical phones (poly) implementation
  • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including MS Teams
  • 5+ years of experience with Proper security/policies setup for end devices
  • Knowledge or experience working with Avaya, Cisco, Verint telephone products is a plus
  • Knowledge of Governance Administration as it pertains to Voice
  • Experience with PowerShell knowledge for automation
  • Experience with Operator connect SIP trunking setup globally on MS teams side configuration
  • Expertise in Dial plan management practices
  • Knowledge and experience with Plugins/adjunct integration like recording bots for Verint
