ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

Design and lead the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture that supports the organization s Objectives and Key Results
Drive alignment and governance across the various architectural domains (e.g., Business, Information, Technology, and Security).
Understand, advocate and support the enterprise's strategies along with assisting in the development and implementation/realization of the various product and solution roadmaps.
Analyze the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Analyze the technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise and its architecture.
Identify and analyze enterprise business drivers to derive useful business context.
Promote the EA process, outcomes and results to the organization, including the enterprise's IT and business leaders.
Work with portfolio stakeholders, engage in the enterprise prioritization meetings, and align with methodology to realize the implementation of key future state initiatives.
Lead the evaluation and recommendation of solution and technology standards and help implement governance processes to ensure enterprise alignment.
Consult with product management, cross-functional architects and delivery teams, aligning solution designs to the defined future state, identify opportunities to modify/mature the architecture to accommodate changes.
Help lead the development and execution of a communication and education plan for the enterprise architecture.
Identify required architectural pipeline in support of upcoming business features/capabilities, and where necessary work with business leadership to ensure that it is prioritized.
Participate in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives, formulating an architectural vision to drive delivery.
Advises leadership about industry best practices, trends, and technology, which would influence the organization s strategic direction.
