Salesforce Product Manager- Hybrid in Juno Beach, FL

Position Overview: As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the roadmap for Salesforce products and features aligned with business objectives and priorities.
  2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  3. Solution Design: Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.
  4. Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, sales, marketing, and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems and processes.
  7. Product Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications, to support development and implementation efforts.
  8. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to enable successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of Salesforce products and initiatives. Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  10. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive innovation through Salesforce technology.
