Job Description
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex business problems, define requirements, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize eCommerce platforms and processes. You will also take on aspects of product ownership, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Job Description
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex business problems, define requirements, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize eCommerce platforms and processes. You will also take on aspects of product ownership, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
What you'll get to do:
- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements. Develop detailed functional and technical specifications to support the design and implementation of eCommerce solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, UI/UX designers/researchers, and development teams, to gather and document feature/project requirements. Ensure alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
- Project Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, build, and implementation. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Requirements Definition: Develop clear and actionable requirements and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure the delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Product Ownership: Take on product ownership responsibilities for a defined product area, including prioritizing features, aligning product initiatives with business goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of product enhancements.
- Documentation & Communication: Create clear and concise documentation for business requirements, process flows, and user stories. Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior analysts or contractors and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies. Lead by example and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business analysis practice within the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis to lead cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, and drive the successful implementation of projects that align with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital technologies is highly desirable.
