Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a proven track record of identifying and hiring exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Proven track record of identifying and hiring exceptional candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
