As IT manager for the Data and Analytics Infrastructure team, you'll lead a team of IT professionals supporting back-end infrastructures for our enterprise data and analytics solutions by utilizing technologies such as Python, Hadoop and Kubernetes. In this role, you'll support prioritization and road map development, and leverage agile delivery methodologies. You'll work closely with key stakeholders in business and IT responsible for understanding customer needs for designing, building, and supporting the environment for data teams. You'll collaborate with customers, peer managers, delivery management, vendors, and data engineers and be responsible for vendor relationships and budget management.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and or training.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery.
  • In lieu of degree, a minimum four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted.

Preferred skills

  • Experience directly managing large teams (12-15+) of diverse technical skillsets, including data engineers and data scientists
  • Experience leading implementation and execution of Agile methodology
  • Experience managing and developing the careers of senior technical resources, including skill advancement
  • Servant Leadership, strong people orientation and a proven ability to create and sustain an environment where people are highly engaged
  • Experience building relationships across the enterprise, with business stakeholders and peers and experience evolving a tech space to meet business needs and driving new technologies and concepts in the data space

Compensation

  • $125,280-$153,120/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
