Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a critical role with significant growth potential, directly impacting the development and success of our employees nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented critical thinker with a proven track record in L&OD and driving change, and the ability to independently manage tasks, projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of L&OD to develop and implement components of a comprehensive learning & development strategy aligned with organizational needs.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs across various modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended), incorporating adult learning principles and innovative techniques.
  • LMS Administration: Oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS), including content curation, user experience, and reporting.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to leaders and teams throughout the change process.
  • OD Consulting: Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and develop targeted OD solutions to address them.
  • Project Management: Assist with project coordination for various L&OD projects, including talent reviews, succession planning, employee surveying and other forms of listening, and more.
  • Influence & Leadership: Provide guidance and consultative influence to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Measurement & Evaluation: Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in a HR or Organizational Development role.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training and other OD programs
  • Experience administering and interpreting behavioral assessments such as DiSC and/or Predictive Index.
  • Experience administering employee recognition programs.
  • Experience designing and implementing employee orientation programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, ADDIE model, and adult learning theory
  • Expertise in change management methodologies. Prosci Practitioner Certification or other change management certification a plus.
