How You ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking an Account Supervisor to join us and serve as an essential part of our Automotive Client Services team. You will manage the day-to-day client relationship and oversee development and timely implementation of direct marketing tactics to ensure high client satisfaction. You will serve as a liaison between the client and agency operations to foster and strengthen client partnership, articulating the client s vision of every project and ensuring good alignment of project deliverables to objectives, strategies, and metrics.

  • Work together to win together: The Account Supervisor will report to the Account Director and serve as primary liaison between the client and Epsilon to support a variety of client programs/needs. This includes collaboration alongside Creative, Production, Digital (Display, Social, Search), Email, Data/Analytics, Accounting/Billing, Third Party vendors (as applicable), etc.
  • Innovate with purpose: You will manage projects through the development process from concept stage to final execution and delivery applying all aspects of direct marketing discipline as appropriate to client business, including program planning, creative development strategies, marketing tactics, segmentation, project management, analytics and post campaign reporting.

  • Career Growth: If successful, the Account Supervisor may experience advancement to support larger Client Accounts and lead a larger team. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Director role helping to oversee Client Management on a larger scale.

  • What you ll bring with you:
    • Direct Marketing Experience proven ability managing all program/campaign elements (direct mail, email, digital, landing pages etc.) including timelines, reports, and project implementation, and post-campaign reporting.
    • Strategic Thinking experience showcasing relentless curiosity to ensure your team is up to date on trends, media, competition, and business implications.
    • Creative Thinking ability to bring forth inspiring creative work to inform the team as we develop business solutions. Proactively proving solutions to resolve client challenges.
    • Project Management ability to establish clear directions; set stretching objectives; distribute the workload appropriately; lay out work in a well-planned and organized manner; maintain two-way dialog with others on work and results.
    • Effective Communication ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles (i.e. written, verbal, and interpersonal).
    • Problem Solving ability to demonstrate critical decision-making skills by applying analytical reasoning to solve practical problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership experience building a strong, cohesive team that is knowledgeable about the client, its products/services and programs.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent qualification.
    • 5-7 years of relevant agency experience (strategic/target/direct marketing or other related disciplines).
    • 1+ years managerial experience.
    • Automotive industry experience.
    • Project management experience with PM tools (i.e. Basecamp, Monday.com).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills strongly preferred).
    • Strong understanding of the principles, application and effectiveness of direct & digital marketing, automotive marketing, CRM, and/or data-driven marketing.
    • Experience developing strategic recommendations and creative concepts to be presented to clients.
    • Strong skills at relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and creative problem solving.
    • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic team environment.
