Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and property promotion and other related activities, including online and offline channels
- Assist in the maintenance and management of diverse online listing channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, target demographics, and effective marketing strategies
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of field marketing events, including campus events, open houses, tenant events, etc
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and signage
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
